“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”
Psalms 139:14

When God made you, He equipped you with an array of talents and abilities that are uniquely yours. It’s up to you to discover those talents and to use them, but sometimes the world will encourage you to do otherwise. At times, society will attempt to cubbyhole you, to standardize you, and to make you fit into a particular, preformed mold. Perhaps God has other plans.

Sometimes, because you’re an imperfect human being, you may become so wrapped up in meeting society’s expectations that you fail to focus on God’s expectations. To do so is a mistake of major proportions – don’t make it.

Instead, seek God’s guidance as you focus your energies on become the man or woman God desires you to be. And when it comes to matters of conscience, seek approval not from your peers, but from your Heavenly Father. Trust Him always. Love Him always. Praise Him always. And seek to honor Him. Always.

Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father I do praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. Today I seek to honor you with my thoughts, my actions and my prayers. I pray this in Jesus’ Name. Amen
