Getting Results - Step 4'Put on your best clothes' Ruth 3:3
Step 4: Stand out from the rest: when she was getting ready to meet Boaz for the first time, Naomi instructed Ruth to wear her best clothes. But why get dressed up for something that hasn’t happened yet? Because: (1) God blesses prepared people (2) when the time comes, you may not have a chance to get ready. This means: (1) You must be prepared to stand out from the crowd. Anytime you dress for where you’re going, there’s a good chance you’ll look out of place where you are. For example, have you ever been dressed up in a dinner suit or an evening gown on your way to some important function, but you had to stop and pick up milk at the 7-11, or put gas in your car? Did you notice how the folks around you in their blue jeans and t-shirts reacted? Didn’t their looks make you a little uncomfortable? So what? We’re not called to blend in; we’re called to stand out! (2) You must know you’ve got a definite destination, otherwise you’ll be tempted to start making excuses and explaining why you’re so different from everybody else. When you know where you’re going, you won’t care, you’ll let them stare. The truth is, when others look at your preparation, they should see your destination. (3) You must prepare now for things your eyes have not yet seen and your ears have not yet heard. That way, when the call comes, ‘Who shall I send’? you’ll be dressed and ready to go!
Prayer
Heavenly Father, there are times that I may feel out of place where I am, help me see that I am passing through and that you have a place for me to be. Direct me! In Jesus’ Name, Amen

This is so true.
Thank You!
